I went on a bit of a shopping expedition on sunday and it turned into me buying things which I didn't set out to by but always cave in to... jewelry.
So on this little shopping trip I picked up a few pieces of jewelry, because I mean a girl can never have enough jewelry right? I think I have the beginnings of a slight obsession with rings, I have always had a love for them and I think they are my favourite kind of jewelry to wear but just at the minute I cannot get enough of them.
I got this ring from Primark and I think it was £2.50, I wanted to get some more silver rings because mine are all mostly gold and I thought this ring was a good one to wear in spring because of the blue stone. I have wanted to buy a silver ring with the blue stone for a while now, but I find that they can be quite expensive or maybe I have just been looking in all the wrong places. I'm not too sure about the chunkyness if the ring, I think I might end up finding it to be really annoying but we shall soon find out. they also had this ring in pink and gold just incase you all wanted to know.
This is another ring I purchased from Primark and it only cost me a pound, A POUND. I really liked this ring, it's really simple so I can wear it with a lot of stuff. This one came in gold also but I went for the silver option just because silver is more of a spring/summer colour so I would get a lot of wear out of it.
My next purchase from Primark was this neon and gold statement necklace and was £4. I fell in love with this necklace as soon as I laid my eyes on it, it's so me. It's a necklace that you need to really wear with a more plain outfit so it doesn't contrast against anything. I wore this necklace the other day with a black shirt and it seemed to work really well, making the necklace pop with colour. I definitely would recommend this necklace to anybody who is prone to a statement necklace.
After my trip to Primark I visited this huge vintage fair that was being held in my town and picked up this little beauty of a ring. I paid four pounds for this and personally I like it a lot more that the other similar ring I got from Primark. I think This ring is a lot more wearable and more comfortable.
Have you been buying any new things recently?
lots of love
Jess.xx
